unemployment, pollution,
inflation, diseases, wars, and
natural disasters are enough
to stretch many people to
their wits' end.

¤ Because most people would
like to know what meditation is,
the process has to be articulated
and presented to the public.

¤ Around 415 B.C., Greece,
Socrates offered presentations
compelling others to ask the
right questions to get the right
answers. His goal was to
encourage people to know
themselves.

¤ Meditation known also as the
art of going within, has been
practiced on every continent by
millions of people, helping each
person in their need for inner
stability and enjoyment.
