In today's world we struggle with the same personal issues they did 2500 years ago. Knowing yourself is still the best advice to those who are eager to think , and feel according to their own innate intelligence.
Websters dictionary describes meditate as, 1: To muse over, contemplate, ponder. 2: Intend, purpose. While both definitions have meaning, KYI interprets meditation as a way to access and edit the way you feel. Learning how to know yourself deals with the question, are you happy or not?
Meditation is a skill tool that sharpens mental and emotional acuity (keenness of perception). This allows the individual more access to the feelings that operate the decision making process.
Feelings of inner peace and contentment VS. the feelings of imminent doom. It is this daily meditation in our lives that keep the individual feeling good about themselves, even in the midst of a collapsing world, neighborhood, family, or self.
The range of benefits are extra ordinary, and some of these benefits can extend through osmosis, around families, neighbors, and the larger community.
These helpful exercises take the senses, which are turned outward, and turn them inward. With daily practice an awareness emerges, helping each person pay attention to inner feelings that previously were ignored.
As each individual discovers the hidden treasures within, they become excited by life itself, and our community gains a person who is much more content, and grounded in peace.
These techniques were found to decrease stress in the face of personal fears, help bring about the zenith of good feelings, and all without the regular drudgery, and failed attempts at trying to think peace.
We travel Genesee County area asking the public to learn helpful meditation exercises. You supply yourself, we supply the teacher and local support, and the teacher supplies the techniques and the inspiration.
