This court-referred program is designed for defendants who plea bargain down from a DUI charge to the lesser charge of reckless driving involving alcohol (for those with close cases and/or lower levels of blood alcohol at arrest). The program provides alcohol/drug education, individual and group counseling and mandatory participation in 12 Step support groups.
