• Life changing skills you can use every day: assertiveness training, emotional awareness, setting boundaries, meeting love needs in healthy relationships, and much, much more.
• Experience what it is like to be heard, loved for who you are, encouraged and mentored by a man or woman who knows and understands what it is like to struggle with your unwanted SSA feelings.
