In addition, filmmakers wishing to have their projects at IBFF venues are asked to first submit an e-mail synopsis prior to submitting their film projects to the Board or a committee assigned by theBoard to make selections to be screened at IBFF venues (preferrably NTSC/ or DVD formats).
