Clearwater Arts Foundation was created in 1999 with the belief that the arts can celebrate cultural pluralism and broaden cultural understanding. Arts and culture are critical to Clearwaters prosperity and livability.
Through partnerships with the business and tourist community, the arts serve as a tool for economic development and community building. The Clearwater Arts Foundation promotes the creation of public art, encourages new partnerships with the arts community, advocates for arts education for children and adults and supports the creation of new art works and programs.
