Since I don't live in the same community as Mike; I have done this many times with Him by email or phone and found it very helpful-when it is email= the encouraging feedback I get from Mike including prayer; is so helpful because I can print it out and
repeat the encouraging words and prayers which is so comforting in tough or painful situations. Blessings,
